How do I add or change my tax profile?

 

To edit your tax profile:

To begin, log in to your dashboard at portal.davosalestax.com.

On your DAVO dashboard, go to settings. Look for “Tax Profile” and click there.

Select the arrow to the left of the location you would like to add or edit a tax profile for.

To the right of the location address, click on the blue box with an up arrow in it.

This page shows your bank account info and your Tax profile information. Under tax profile, select 'Edit” to edit your existing tax profile.

A pop-up will appear. DAVO automatically populates the form with the questions you need to answer, including:

Company Legal Name
State Tax Id 
And other fields

Fill out the form with the appropriate information. Make sure you are using the correct credentials for the State Tax site, or DAVO will alert you that the credentials are invalid.

After you finish filling in the information, click Save, and you are finished Editing your Tax profile!

 

To add a new tax profile:

Select 'Add Tax Profile', this will prompt you to enter a new tax profile for your business

From the dropdown menu, Select the State you need to setup a Tax profile for.

Fill out the form with the appropriate information.
